The store was ok. Lots of selections. The customers were horrible. My elderly mother and myself got pushed around by a couple different ones. Also customers were confused on where we were supposed to line up for the tills. The staff had signs but it was confusing. If your looking for gender reveal items they were pretty low but said they had an order coming in.

Very rude manager (Braydon or something) with poor customer service. I went to the place on October 8, 2023 at around 4pm to return two items. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt but I know they can do a receipt look up which is clearly indicated on the official website. When I approached the cashier for return, he told me that the receipt is required. I asked if he can offer me a receipt look up; however, he said he cannot do it and called a manager. Manager (Braydon or something) came and told me that they don’t do a receipt look up. I informed him that another store I went few days ago offered me a receipt look up. He gave me an attitude and kept saying they don’t do it. I asked him again that only this store cannot do a receipt look up. He just answered me “Sure” with rude tone. I need an explanation from the manager, please. The official website indicates that you can offer a receipt look up; however, the manager cannot do it in that store or he is just lazy and does not want to follow the company policy.

Not happy with the customer service received from this store. I bought 2 foil balloons for a party tomorrow and had them filled with helium. i haven’t even reached home coming from the store about an hour after and 1 of them already got deflated. Not sure if it was the way it was tied off since there seems to be a small rip or defective product. I called the store and did not get much help, even though i just picked up the balloons from there earlier. I have the receipt from the online order pickup, but did not get the receipt for the helium fill (the cashier did not even offer to give it to me, which i often get if offered) - big mistake! They will not help you at all with no receipt. Make sure to get the receipt in case of issues - which seems to be a lot for this location, or get your party needs from another location. I dont post negative feedback often, but I just felt i needed to this time. Hope this review helps someone else.

Absolutely crazy had about 50 people in store all packed down two isles lol.....Customer service was good it's the customers who were rude, impatience, and Absolutely no manners...my 4 year old even said mommy that man didn't say excuse me.? That's a time in mommy...lol princess I think that man gives him self his own time ins cause he's missing more than manners my girl..lol

Went in to buy a gender reveal box that said 17.99 on the shelf, but rang in at 24.99. Didnt notice til after i paid and they refuse to refund me the difference. Told me to come back to talk to the manager...like for real...who has friggen time for that. Honor your lables , it shouldnt be that difficult i would of never bought if i saw 24.99 for a 8x8x8 box and 1 balloon, i barely even wanted to buy when it said 17.99.

Lots of supplies. Stock changes regularly. Check Dollarama for standard basics, come here for fun special items and accents to take your party to the next level. Service is a bit slow but usually very friendly and happy to help out. Balloons are always great quality with a good 24hr guarantee to not go flat or you can take it back for them to re-inflate for you.

Went there for the first time on 27 sept,23 around 11:30 am and was very disappointed with the customer service the lady on the counter was very rude she was talking were nicely with the other customers but when I went there to ask here about something she answered very rudely and when I went again to her she didn’t even smile. This is not the way to behave you should treat everyone equally especially when your job is dealing with different people. Will never visit this place again. Horrible experience
